Asian Meatballs with Gluten Free Stir Fry Noodles and Vegetables

Asian Meatballs

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground turkey
-onion powder
-garlic powder
-pepper
-Lawry’s seasoning salt
-minced garlic
-1 egg
-1c blended croutons or bread crumbs
-gluten free noodles
-mixed vegetables
-teriyaki sauce
-olive oil
-salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with dry ingredients, egg, and bread crumbs and mix together.  Form into desired size and place on an oven-safe pan, cooking until internal temperature is 155 degrees.

In a pot, add salt and oil to water and boil noodles until al dente. Remove from pot and place in a separate bowl.  

In a separate pan, add oil and lightly sauté vegetables.

Add meatballs, noodles, and vegetables into a large bowl, and add teriyaki to the dish to taste.
