-4 ripe bananas
-1 tbsp coconut sugar
-2 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp honey
-2 c oats (separated)
-4 capfuls of vanilla
-handful of blueberries
-hemp seeds (optional)
Take 1 cup of oats and place into a blender and pulse until it forms a powder (similar to flour texture).
In a separate bowl, place peeled bananas into the bowl and mash. Add in coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and honey, mixing together. Finally, add the remaining cup of unblended and blended oats to the banana mixture and mix together.
In a pan, place a pad of butter in and let it melt. Pour the banana mixture into the pan and cook evenly on both sides.
When plating pancakes, add peanut butter spread in between each pancake. Drizzle with maple syrup, blueberries and hemp seeds if desired.
