-1 box of orzo
-1 bag of frozen peas
-1 container of tomatoes (cherry or grape)
Start by slicing half of the container of tomatoes in half and set to the side.
Boil the orzo in a pot seasoned with sea salt and a tbsp of olive oil. Once the orzo is cooked, drain the water and place the pasta in a large bowl. Add peas, halved tomatoes, sea salt, pepper, and oregano to taste and stir. Slowly add in olive oil and lemon juice to taste and stir.
*this dish can be served hot or cold.
