-fresh lemon juice
Place rice in the rice cooker. Once finished, add butter and stevia (to taste) and mix together.
Preheat cast iron skillet. Rub steak with olive oil and then season with listed dry ingredients. Place oil on the cast iron and cook steak to the desired temperature. Remove steak once finished cooking. In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender.
In a separate pan, drizzle with oil and sauté asparagus, seasoning it with sea salt and fresh lemon juice.
